// STRAIGHT ANSWERS

How access works.

Can I create an account now?

Yes. Shippers and logistics providers can register directly and use the account type that matches their work. There is no waitlist or access-request form.

Is a design partnership a paid agency engagement?

No. It is a product relationship around an agreed operational use case. Each side contributes something concrete, and the scope, success measures, data boundaries and any commercial terms are agreed before a pilot starts.

Does Lyverto require us to move our assets or providers onto its network?

No. Lyverto is asset-light software. The product is designed to work with the businesses and systems you already use while making additional regional capacity discoverable where useful.

Who owns operational data shared during a pilot?

The contributing organization retains ownership of its operational data. Access, permitted use, retention and deletion expectations are defined as part of the pilot scope before data is connected.
