Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Lyverto: creating an account, listing services, searching for logistics supply, messaging other users, or connecting through our API.
Version 2026-09-29 · Effective 29 September 2026 · Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Lyverto is operated by [registered company name — to be confirmed], registered at [registered address — to be confirmed] (“Lyverto”, “we”, “us”). These terms form an agreement between us and you. If you use Lyverto for a business, you accept them on that business’s behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. What Lyverto is — and is not
Lyverto is software. It helps shippers find logistics providers, lets providers publish what they offer, and gives both a workspace to manage requests, quotes, shipments, documents and teams.
- We are not a party to your deals. When a shipper and a provider agree on a service, that contract is between them. We do not carry, store, handle or insure cargo, and we are not a freight forwarder, carrier, customs broker or warehouse operator.
- We do not handle payments between users. Lyverto does not collect, hold or release money on anyone’s behalf. Payment terms are agreed directly between the parties.
- Listings come from their publishers. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of what they list, including prices, capacity, certifications and availability. A “verified” mark means the Lyverto team has reviewed that business; it is not a guarantee of performance.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secret. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
- A business account creates an organisation. Its owner decides who is invited, what role they hold, and which modules are switched on, and is responsible for their members’ use of Lyverto.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Lyverto to:
- break the law, including sanctions, export-control, customs and dangerous-goods rules;
- list services you cannot provide, or impersonate another person or business;
- send spam, or collect other users’ details for purposes they did not agree to;
- probe, overload or bypass the security of the service, or access data you are not authorised to see;
- scrape the service outside the API and the access limits we publish.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Lyverto — listings, messages, documents, shipment data and so on. You give us a licence to host, process, display and transmit it as needed to run the service for you and the people you choose to share it with. Content you publish on a public listing may be shown to anyone, including search engines and AI agents that use our public API.
Our own public knowledge content (guides, place and corridor pages) is licensed CC BY 4.0 unless a page states otherwise.
6. AI features
Some features use AI models to search, summarise, extract document data or suggest next steps. AI output can be wrong. Check anything that matters — rates, dates, customs codes, dangerous-goods classes — before you rely on it. We do not use your private workspace content to train third-party models.
7. The API and integrations
API keys are confidential and tied to your organisation. Our API documentation and any rate limits form part of these terms. We may suspend a key that is abused or that puts the service at risk.
8. Fees
Creating an account is free. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price and ask you to agree before you are charged.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Lyverto available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or retire features. If we change these terms materially, we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version before you continue using your account.
10. Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Lyverto at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or a security concern prevents it.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Lyverto is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from dealings between users — including lost, delayed or damaged cargo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by [governing law and courts — to be confirmed].
